We only take one family per groomer at a time but due to some circumstances, your pet(s) may be kenneled for a short time while in our care. Safety comes first in our salon and having pets "roam free" can cause harm to them or to our groomers.
Please be on time for your appointment, as our schedule is disrupted when a client is late. We reserve the right to re-book appointments if someone is more than 10 minutes late.
Please ensure your dog has had time to relieve itself prior to drop off.
While we understand, "poop happens", please be courteous and respectful to others by cleaning up after your pets in and around our facility.
Please pick up your pet promptly at the time discussed or when notified. If you are 30 minutes past the pick up time, there will be a $15 fee and an additional $15 for every 15 minutes after.
Again, we understand, "poop happens", please call to let us know if a problem arises.
We recommend that your pet be up to date on all vaccinations per your vets recommendation. We do request that you bring your dogs current vaccination records to your first appointment.
All puppies must be current on their vaccinations.
Please contact your groomer at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule. If a 24 hour notice is not given, half of the booked service price will be due at your next appointment. If an appointment is missed (no show), we reserve the right to charge the full booked service price.
Late appointment fee:
1st time: $5 a dog
2nd time: $10 a dog
No show fee:

Again, "poop happens", please communicate with your groomer asap if you need to change your appointment.
Starting January 2022, a fee of 5% will be added to all card transactions.
Payment is due at the time of pick up.
We do not accept checks.
